Stop arguing about dinner.
Munchdrop finds what's around you and lets a Plinko drop pick tonight's spot. One tap, one answer, and nobody wins twice in a row.
Fair drops. Real places. Five seconds.
The last place sits out.
Whatever you got last time is benched from your next drop, guaranteed. Every other spinner app eventually feeds you the same three places. Munchdrop can't.
Settled in five seconds.
The winner card opens Maps, DoorDash or Uber Eats in one tap. No lists to build, no accounts, no scrolling through forty photos of the same burrito.
One tap. That's the whole app.
It finds what's around you.
Turn on location and go. Munchdrop sweeps the neighborhood for you, so there's nothing to set up and no list to maintain.
Narrow the drop by cuisine.
Only tacos tonight? Pick a cuisine and only those spots go on the board. Or leave it open and let the balls decide everything.
Built for the 7pm standoff.
Not feeling the winner?
Drop again. The winner gets benched, the rest go back on the board, and the drop actually changes. No fake re-rolls.
Send it to whoever's hungry.
One tap shares tonight's pick to the group chat, so the decision is everyone's problem and nobody's fault.
No accounts. Nothing stored.
Your location is used to find nearby spots and that's it. Never stored, never tracked, never sold.
Free to use. Pro removes the ads.
The first drop is always free and never behind an ad. Go Pro once to remove ads forever. No monthly anything.
FAQs
What is Munchdrop?
A food decider for iPhone. It finds restaurants around you, drops five balls down a Plinko board, and the one that lands picks where you eat. It takes about five seconds and it never picks the same place twice in a row.
Is the drop actually random?
Yes. Every ball on the board has a real shot, and the place you got last time is removed from the next drop so it can't repeat. There's no near-miss trickery and no fake "tap to influence" control.
Where does it get the restaurants?
From Apple Maps, using your location. It sweeps for restaurants, cafรฉs, delis and dozens of cuisines within the radius you set in Settings. A typical suburban sweep turns up 200 or more places.
Does it need an account?
No. No sign-up, no email, no list to build. Turn on location and drop.
What does Pro do?
Removes ads and gives you unlimited re-rolls. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The first drop of every session is free for everyone, with or without Pro.
Is it on Android?
Not yet. Munchdrop is iPhone only for now.
